How to Order                               
We currently accept orders of products only through our website.

Payment Method                               
We can only accept Cash-On-Delivery (COD). Pay cash to the driver who brings your order to your door. We do not accept credit cards.

Payment = Purchase Amount + Shipping Fee on orders up to 10,000yen

Shipping Method

1. By Takkyubin
   We ship items by Takkyubin Cash on Delivery (Kuroneko Yamato Collect or “Black Cat”). Cash on delivery fee will be covered by Carpet Doctor. No other company can be requested. We ship only in Japan.
2. By Cleaning Technicians
   If, at the time of ordering products, you are ordering cleaning services, you may be able to have your order delivered by a cleaning technician when he comes to perform cleaning services. In this case, no shipping fee are necessary.

Return Items
We can accept return items only that are unopened and within 7 days after arrival. You must contact us first. For returns other than damaged products Carpet Doctor will not cover postage.

Damaged Items

If you find your order has arrived damaged, please contact us first. We will refund or replace the item. 

Cancelation
Cancelation can be accepted only before your order is shipped out of our warehouse.                

Delivery Time
To Tokyo/Kanto Region, normally within 4 business days. When items are out of stock it may take longer.
