料金はどうやって決まるのですか？
支払額は次の計算式で求めます。
「基本出張料金」＋「ルームアイテム料金」＋「消費税」
基本出張料金：訪問ごとにかかる費用。交通費や人件費など作業の大きさにかかわらず発生する費用をカバーします。
ルームアイテム料金：部屋ごとやアイテムごとの作業代。作業困難度、必要時間、使用する薬剤や方法などを勘案して決定します。
どのような支払い方法がありますか？
現金、VISA/MC/Amex (手数料5%有) でお支払いいただけます。法人の場合は振込も可能です(現金と同額)。
どんな洗剤を使うのですか？安全ですか？
洗剤と一口にいってもピンキリです。私たちは主に米国製の環境面での安全性が確認されているハイエンドの洗剤を使用しています。もちろん直接口に入れたりすれば毒ですが通常の使い方であれば人体にも安全な製品です。カーペットは繊維製品なのでイメージとしては「お洗濯」です。ですからそれほど強力な化学物質を用いる必要はないのです。とはいえ時には特殊なシミにやや強い薬を使用することはあります。しかしシミは通常そんなに大きなものではないので大量に使ったり部屋中に散布することはありません。そして使用したものは必ず洗い出すので安全性に関しては心配ないと思います。
見積りは有料ですか？
基本的に無料です。見積りには２種類あります。
１）実際に訪問する見積り：千代田区・港区・渋谷区・目黒区・世田谷区およびその周辺地域は無料です。それ以外の場所はできれば２の方法でお願いします。見積り訪問の日時を設定しますので電話かメールで連絡をお願いします。
２）オンライン見積り：メールで必要事項をお知らせいただき写真を添付していただくことによりほぼ正確な料金を算出します。無料です。メールのやり取りだけなので早くて便利です。

Is an estimate free?
Basically it is free. there are two ways to do it.
1) On-site: Free areas: Chiyoda Minato, Shibuya, Meguro, Setagaya and their vicinities. Visiting other locations may incurr a fee depending on the situation. Need to set up a day and time for a visit. Duration of a visit is about 20 minutes.
2) Online: This is free of charge. By emails and attached photos, try to figure out a service fee.

How do you figure out the fee?
Payment = "Room/Item Fee" + "Basic Service Fee" + Tax.
"Basic Service Fee": This is to cover basic expenditures such as gas, labor, etc to perform a job. This costs per trip regardless the size of a job.
"Room/Item fee" : This can be translated as 'sweat fee'. It is for skills, techniques, physical labor of cleaning technicians. For example in case of carpet cleaning, the square footage of the carpet to be cleaned. Or upholstery, for the number of chairs and sofas.
What payment method do you have?
1) Cash
2) Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, American Express. (a 5% service fee is to be added.).
